The state told the High Court that continued funding for Haredi schools in the All Israeli Children program will depend on full compliance with core-curriculum requirements beginning this school year. The conditions include teaching the full prescribed curriculum with properly trained staff, participating in assessments, cooperating with Education Ministry oversight and submitting required reports. Yesh Atid's petition asked the court to enforce legal conditions on state support, and the state's response set out the compliance requirements it says will govern continuing payments.
