During an IDF operation near Beit Fajjar in the Etzion Brigade sector, two attackers threw stones and a firebomb at Israeli troops, the military said. The troops returned fire against the attackers, and the IDF reported that hits were identified; no Israeli personnel were injured in the incident. The IDF said the attack occurred a short time before its Friday-night announcement while forces were operating in the area. The announcement did not identify the attackers or specify their condition, and it provided no further operational details.
