The IDF said an aircraft struck several terrorists in Jenin in the Menashe Brigade area. Israeli reports identified the targets as the chief of a Jenin terror network and two operatives who were helping him prepare attacks, citing security officials who said the chief had been monitored over time. The strike was reported as the first aerial attack in Judea and Samaria in about ten months. Reports differed on whether the missile hit a vehicle or the men outside it, and casualty status was not uniformly confirmed.
