Lebanon's National News Agency reported that an Israeli airstrike destroyed a house on the outskirts of Ansar toward al-Zrariyeh at dawn Saturday, killing seven people and wounding three. It said rescue teams from the Islamic Message Scouts, Islamic Health Organization and Lebanese Civil Defense cleared rubble and transferred casualties to hospitals in Nabatieh. The agency reported that Israeli aircraft began a wider series of strikes in southern Lebanon around 3 a.m., including near Nabatieh Fawqa. No victims were identified, and the IDF had not issued an account of the specific strike by publication time.
