IDF Prepares for Several Days of Combat Against Hezbollah

The IDF is preparing for the possibility of several days of combat in Lebanon after Hezbollah violated the ceasefire. Israeli forces are continuing operations against Hezbollah infrastructure on the Ali al-Taher and Beaufort ridges in the southern Lebanon security zone, while Hezbollah has attacked troops seeking to impede those operations. Several dozen Hezbollah terrorists may remain underground on Ali al-Taher, and the IDF has prevented efforts to assist them. The preparations follow a Hezbollah drone attack that seriously wounded three IDF soldiers on Saturday and a subsequent wave of Israeli airstrikes.
