Mizrahi-Tefahot Posts NIS 1.43 Billion Quarterly Profit and NIS 714 Million Dividend

Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank published its second-quarter 2026 financial statements on Monday, reporting net profit of NIS 1.43 billion and a 16.0% return on equity, compared with NIS 1.45 billion a year earlier. First-half net profit reached NIS 2.67 billion, against NIS 2.74 billion in the same period of 2025. The bank said its board resolved to distribute NIS 714 million to shareholders, half of the quarter's profit, bringing dividends for the first two quarters to NIS 1.33 billion. Loans to the public rose 12.5% to NIS 423.7 billion and deposits grew 13.7% to NIS 474.4 billion. President and CEO Moshe Lari credited the results to the bank's employees and executives.
