Israeli Forces Enter Daraa as Checkpoints Rise in Quneitra

An Israeli force of seven vehicles entered the Yarmouk Basin in western Daraa on Sunday, according to local reporting. Four vehicles positioned on the Saisoun–Jamlah road while three briefly entered Jamlah before withdrawing through Wadi al-Raqqad with infantry. Separately, three Israeli military vehicles established a temporary checkpoint Saturday night on the Ain al-Abd–al-Asbah road in southern Quneitra. The Sijill Center also documented a temporary Israeli checkpoint Saturday evening on the Jbata al-Khashab–Ofaniya road in northern Quneitra, where forces stopped and searched passersby.
