IDF Says Zamir, U.S. Air Force Chief Reviewed Joint Campaign Lessons

The IDF said Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir met U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach during Wilsbach’s visit to Israel on Sunday. Israeli Air Force commander Maj. Gen. Omer Tischler also took part. The three reviewed the regional situation, drew operational lessons from the recent joint campaign and discussed areas for future cooperation. The IDF said the visit reflected the strategic relationship between Israel and the United States and close cooperation between their militaries. The military did not announce a specific agreement or new operational decision.
