Shin Bet Chief Vows to Pursue October 7 Attackers Worldwide

Shin Bet chief David Zini said Israel’s security service would pursue every participant in the October 7 attack anywhere in the world, declaring there was no forgiveness or statute of limitations. He spoke as President Isaac Herzog presented 2025 excellence awards to 18 Shin Bet employees at the President’s Residence, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attending. The honorees worked across prevention, interrogation, cyber, intelligence, security and special operations. Netanyahu said the agency had carried out 1,000 thwartings in Judea and Samaria and told the attackers that no one was immune from Israeli pursuit.
