Israel Police disclosed on October 8 that a prosecutor’s declaration had been filed against two 16-year-old suspects following an investigation into suspected arson near Homesh on September 18. Ariel station investigators arrested the suspects, from Burqa and Nablus, and questioned them. Police allege that they intended to harm security forces and disrupt residents’ lives. The force said the investigation was complete and evidence had been assembled. An indictment is expected for arson, conspiracy to commit a felony, harm to regional security and endangering human life; the statement did not report an indictment or conviction.
