IDF Fires Interceptor at Suspicious Aerial Target in Southern Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces said on October 10 that it had fired an interceptor toward a suspicious aerial target in southern Lebanon. The target was identified in the area where Israeli troops are operating, and the military described the launch as having taken place a short while before its statement. The IDF said the results of the interception were being examined, leaving the outcome unconfirmed in its initial account. No alerts were activated, in accordance with the military's policy.
