Military Source Confirms Localized Friction During Olive Harvest in Judea and Samaria

An Israeli military source confirmed on October 10 that localized incidents had occurred during the olive harvest in Judea and Samaria despite the deployment of many forces. Central Command had prepared a substantial security presence to protect harvesting and prevent friction. Palestinian accounts named Qusra, Deir Abu Mashal and Kafr Naama among the locations affected, with the latter two west of Ramallah; their specific allegations were not independently confirmed in the report. The military source acknowledged friction in parts of the sector, while no formal IDF response to the allegations had been issued.
