Gett Adds Live Ride Sharing, AI Safety Reports and Emergency Calling

Gett has added a dedicated safety hub to its ride-booking app, with features available in Israel and other countries. Passengers can share a live link showing their route, driver and vehicle information, and estimated arrival time with relatives or friends. In-app reports of unsafe driving or inappropriate behavior are classified by AI according to urgency and routed to the appropriate team. An emergency button adapts to the local police number, including 100 in Israel. Gett also provides human customer support through the app around the clock.
