High Court Allows School-Funding Release Under Core-Curriculum Conditions

A High Court decision dated October 13, shared by MK Hanoch Milwidsky, lifts an interim order on education-funding transfers while retaining a core-curriculum condition. The court said the money may go only to educational institutions found, through an attorney general's opinion, to substantially meet the legal requirements for core studies. The judges cited the attorney general's proposed arrangement for releasing the funds and the absence of objections from the parties. They ordered release under that arrangement alone, retaining the restriction set out in their December 31, 2025 decision.
