XM Cyber’s Israeli Workforce Reportedly Shrinks From About 300 to 50

XM Cyber’s Israeli workforce has reportedly fallen from roughly 300 employees to about 50 following the July announcement of a deal to transfer its technology to CrowdStrike. The remaining employees are serving existing customers, while dismissals took place progressively after the transaction was announced. The scale of the reduction was newly reported on October 13; individual dismissal dates were not specified. XM Cyber acknowledged a reorganization connected to the deal, which concerns intellectual property rather than the acquisition of the entire operating company. The Israeli cybersecurity company develops technology that simulates cyberattacks and identifies possible attack paths.
