ONE Technologies is acquiring control of Kubiya UX, an Israeli company that develops user interfaces for complex military and security systems. After the transaction is completed, Kubiya is set to join ONE's defense division, while its founders and employees remain in their roles. Founded in 2005, the company employs about 50 people at its Binyamina offices. Its team includes software developers, architects, human-factors specialists and UX/UI experts. ONE's defense division says the combination will broaden its capabilities and strengthen its presence in northern Israel.
