Jerusalem Suspect Reportedly Describes Ben Gurion Border-Control Bypass

A Jerusalem man in his thirties reportedly told investigators that he helped travelers subject to exit restrictions pass border control at Ben Gurion Airport. The married Torah student allegedly described presenting his own passport while another traveler passed through the gate, and said he remained in Israel. He reportedly said the arrangement had been used more than once to help travelers reach Uman. Modi’in Illit police arrested him in recent days; despite their request to extend his detention, the court reportedly ordered eight days of house arrest.
