El Al Offers Future Prague Flight Vouchers to Eligible Downgraded Business Passengers

El Al is offering GL-status customers and above a personal voucher for a future Prague economy flight if they take an originally booked business-class flight after its downgrade to economy. The terms accompany the transfer of Prague services to Sun d’Or, which has economy seating only. The additional voucher is valid for a year and subject to availability, with airport taxes and surcharges payable. Passengers who fly also receive monetary compensation under applicable law; those declining the change can instead choose a credit voucher or full refund. The future-flight voucher is emailed within 21 days after departure and is unavailable to passengers who cancel.
