Yisrael Beytenu Reports Missing Ballot Slips at Kiryat Ono Polling Station

Yisrael Beytenu said on Tuesday morning, October 27, that its ballot slips were missing from a polling station in Kiryat Ono. The party identified the location as polling station 45, at 10 Gamla Street, and said its slips had not been placed there since voting began that morning. The slips carry the Hebrew letter ל׳. Yisrael Beytenu said it had contacted the Central Elections Committee to request an examination of the incident. The party asked the committee to ensure that voters could cast their ballots freely and on equal terms. Its complaint concerned the availability of the party’s voting slips at that specific station. The Central Elections Committee subsequently responded that ballot slips were present at the polling station. Its response did not specify when the slips had been placed there or explain the difference between its account and the party’s complaint. The committee’s statement addressed the presence of slips, while the party’s allegation concerned their absence from the station’s opening. No responsible person was identified, no number of affected voters was established, and deliberate interference was not independently verified.
