Salesforce Leases Five Floors at ToHa 2 for Its Israeli R&D Headquarters

Salesforce announced on November 1 that it had signed a five-year lease for five floors in Tel Aviv’s ToHa 2 tower, creating a new headquarters for its Israeli research and development operations. The agreement with building owners Amot and Gav-Yam covers 15,300 square meters and includes an option for two additional floors. The offices, to be called Salesforce Tower at ToHa 2, are intended to accommodate approximately 1,000 employees. Occupancy is expected in the first half of 2028, after planning, design and fit-out work. Salesforce’s Tel Aviv teams currently occupy offices in Alon 1, Azrieli Sarona and ToHa 1; the new location will bring those teams together. Oren Winter, who leads Salesforce’s Israeli R&D operations, said the move would support collaboration and reflected the company’s long-term commitment to Israel. “The Israeli market is a major hub of talent, innovation and groundbreaking technology for the global company,” Winter said. The Israeli development teams work on products including Agentforce and Slack, as well as data security and privacy services and artificial intelligence applications for marketing, sales and customer service. Salesforce began operating in Israel in 2011 through its acquisition of Navajo Systems. Its subsequent Israeli acquisitions include Datorama, ClickSoftware, Own and Zoomin. The company’s latest acquisition, Loops, was described as its tenth in Israel. The announced office timetable places the move in 2028; planning and preparation of the new premises are still ahead.
