Mark Dubowitz is the CEO of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and an architect of the maximum-pressure sanctions playbook on Iran.
Iran was developing about 100 intermediate-range ballistic missiles per month before the war. This piece says they are reconstituting but at a low production level. It doesn’t provide any numbers.
The Islamic Republic's greatest threat may not come just from American bombers or Israeli jets, but from an economic crisis it cannot bomb, repress, or print its way out of. On today's episode of The Iran Breakdown, @FDD @miadmaleki joins me to break down how Iran's already dysfunctional economy faces relentless pressure — with no economic rescue on the horizon. 🎧 Spotify: https://t.co/iToSVfsmnY 🎧 Apple Podcasts: https://t.co/mhbsuBCpt0 📺 YouTube: https://t.co/Ofqlo3AZwK
Still, Trump is not without defenders. Mark Dubowitz, head of the @FDD…denied Trump had plunged the U.S. into an endless war and insisted he had scored successes that would eventually bring victory. “It’s been a 47-year war waged by the Islamic Republic against America,” Dubowitz said. “And now we’ve struck back.”

Iranians who hand over their valuable foreign currency to the regime expecting to get their money back are risking their life savings in a giant regime-run Ponzi scheme.
Mazal Tov to @ElliotKaufman6 and @jeremybob1 on the release of their book. Two superb writers go inside the war room tell the story of Israel’s fight against Hamas and the Iranian Axis. https://t.co/fWOBIrAijW
The EU looks to Israel to strengthen its high-tech air defense and space capabilities—even as 11 European countries announce sanctions on Israel. Europe wants Israeli technology to help defend itself against Putin while browbeating Israel into accepting a Palestinian terror state. That contradiction won’t hold.
Breaking: @USTreasury grounds Iranian airlines with sweeping sanctions and targets supporting networks. @FDD @miadmaleki and I called for this action in the @nypost in May: https://t.co/LxgXMYbMex https://t.co/ueQ4HvCngH

Great answer from @jaredkushner—humble, thoughtful, and admirable from someone with an enviable record of taking on the hardest challenges and delivering results. Russia, Iran, and Gaza are problems from hell. He and @SEPeaceMissions deserve enormous credit for having the courage and determination to try to solve them.
An official affiliated with the Board of Peace reconstruction effort told Fox News Digital that "the international community’s concern about UNRWA in Gaza continues to rise and is supported by damning evidence. The Board of Peace has been clear: New Gaza will be both demilitarized and deradicalized, and we will only be working with trusted, credible delivery partners to achieve our goals. We anticipate responsibly replacing UNRWA with vetted partners who will deliver for the people of Gaza."

I guess Qatar’s efforts to block German jobs and German security failed.
If Ronald Reagan’s anticommunist speeches found their way into the dark cells of Siberian gulags, Mr. Trump can speak to the Islamic Republic’s domestic foes and know he’ll be heard. https://t.co/n68Gynf8ME
The first thing Jews should remember about ancient Egypt is that it did not begin with slavery. It began with success. A profound essay on how self-doubt is one of the greatest threats to the Jewish people. https://t.co/0Q0tl5jmtP
After three years of war, the axis of resistance — which has taken a beating from the U.S. and Israel — is no longer an axis. More evidence that the regime in Iran is losing.
Those of us who argued for months that the trend was turning decisively against Tehran were criticized and dismissed. Now, more and more people are coming to the same conclusion.
The Islamic Republic of Iran currency hits historic low of 2,283,000 to the USD. The rial is heading towards 3,000,000, possibly before year end.
Time is no longer on Iran’s side as the U.S. is helping Gulf states move significant amounts of oil out of the region while thwarting Tehran’s shipments. https://t.co/iQqEhX1uWS

Turns out the Trump administration can be very effective at multilateral diplomacy. A growing number of countries are joining “Diplomatic Outcast” — a powerful complement to “Economic Outcast,” “Epic Fury” and “Hormuz Breakout.”
The Trump administration is now targeting banks in the UAE and Turkey for facilitating Iran’s sanctions evasion. Just last week, experts insisted the administration lacked the resolve to go after foreign banks especially those in allied countries. That prediction didn’t age well. (And whether Turkey still qualifies as an ally is a separate question.)
President Trump was right to use every element of American power to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. The regime is now at its weakest point in 47 years. Double down: economically strangle the regime so it can’t pay its thugs. Use selective military force to keep oil flowing. Back the Iranian people to cripple the regime. The president has two years to turn “Death to America” into the end of the Islamic Republic.
“A U.S. campaign to throttle Iran's economy by blockading its oil exports and stopping sanctions evasion is growing increasingly difficult to withstand, three senior Iranian sources said.” https://t.co/llwqihptN8
