Netanyahu Says Israel Is Working to Bring Down Iran’s Regime

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in an interview with Neve Dromi that Israel would defeat Iran’s regime and that all of Israel’s systems were working to overthrow it. He said Israeli pilots had operated over Iran and could return at any moment. Netanyahu described Iran as the head of an octopus whose arms Israel intended to sever, and said the mission was not yet finished. He defined victory as bringing down a regime he characterized as already unstable. He framed that goal as Israel’s objective in the continuing conflict.
