Habima Rally Presses October 7 State Inquiry

Bereaved and hostage families rallied at Habima Square in Tel Aviv on Saturday evening to mark 1,000 days since the Hamas-led October 7 massacre. The Movement for Quality Government and protest groups called for a state commission of inquiry and equality in the national burden. Gil Dickman, cousin of Carmel Gat, who was murdered in Hamas captivity, said Israel must not let the failures be forgotten. Israel needs accountability that learns hard lessons, honors the fallen and keeps Hamas's guilt for the atrocity unmistakable.
