Hamas Raid Plans Put Judea-Samaria Communities on Alert

A senior IDF officer said on July 4 that forces found dozens of Hamas raid plans for Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria. The officer said the Air Force has hundreds of known targets it can strike quickly to prevent mass assaults, while the Defense Ministry is strengthening local security teams, sensors, fences and warning models. He added that Israel does not currently know of any active infrastructure working on such a raid, certainly not an organized Hamas framework. Israel must harden communities, close seam-line gaps and keep daily counterterror pressure ahead of any October 7-style surprise.
