Zamir said the military is continuing its campaign against terrorism in the area while closely monitoring developments in Iran and maintaining readiness. The official statement did not announce a change to Home Front Command guidance, new troop deployments or a specific Iranian threat to Israel. It also did not identify the participating commanders, the location or time of the assessment, or any operation ordered during the meeting.
