Iran's representative to the Houthis, Ali Mohammad Rezaei, reappeared in Sanaa as reports described a Tehran-Sanaa air route and new Houthi threats around Saudi Arabia and Red Sea security. Regional reports say Rezaei met Houthi official Abdulwahid Abu Ras after an Iranian Mahan Air flight reached Sanaa and after the Houthis said they would keep the route open despite Yemen's internationally recognized government calling the flight a sovereignty violation. The development matters to Israel because the Houthis have attacked Israel and shipping as part of Iran's proxy network.
