Bahrain Says Air Defenses Destroyed Fresh Iranian Aerial Threats

Bahrain said its air defenses intercepted and destroyed Iranian aerial attacks early Tuesday, shortly after authorities sounded a new warning across the kingdom. A media adviser to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa reported the interceptions, while the Interior Ministry instructed citizens and residents to remain calm and move to the nearest safe place. The reports did not specify how many missiles or drones were involved, where the interceptions occurred, or whether debris caused damage or casualties. The fresh defensive action came amid renewed U.S. strikes on Iran and Iranian attacks around the Gulf.
