Police Arrest Crime Boss Yossi Mosley in Japanika Attack Investigation

Tel Aviv District’s central unit arrested crime boss Yossi Mosley on Tuesday evening on suspicion of involvement in shootings and grenade attacks against businesses across Gush Dan and central Israel. Police linked the arrest to the recent wave targeting branches of the Japanika restaurant chain, amid a suspected conflict between the Mosley and Jarushi organizations. Mosley was taken to the Tel Aviv central unit for questioning and is expected to appear Wednesday at Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court, where police will seek to extend his detention. Investigators said the inquiry remains active and further arrests are expected.
