Shootings, grenade attacks and suspected arson struck Japanika branches in July. Police investigated possible links to a criminal dispute and made several arrests. In August a court placed Yossi Mosli under house arrest using a crime-organization restriction law, after investigators lacked sufficient admissible evidence for an indictment.
