DR Congo's Ebola Response
Where it stands
Israel sent medical aid to DR Congo in July as its Ebola outbreak expanded. Vaccine shipments arrived in August. In September, MSF and Epicentre launched a study involving up to 20,000 frontline workers to test Ervebo against Bundibugyo virus. The study was intended to assess protection, not establish it in advance.
