IDF Kills Hezbollah Explosive-Drone Cell Near Forces in Kfar Tibnit

The IDF said Commando Brigade troops operating under Division 36 detected a hostile drone near Kfar Tibnit in southern Lebanon on Saturday. The Air Force, directed by ground forces, searched the area and located a Hezbollah drone-operator cell hiding near the Israeli security zone, from where it had launched the aircraft. Israeli aircraft then struck the cell in what the military described as a rapid closure of the threat to nearby troops. The IDF called the action a Hezbollah violation and said it would continue operating to remove threats to Israeli civilians and forces.
