Two Palestinians Arrested on Suspicion of Causing Havat Gilad Fire

Border Police undercover officers and IDF troops arrested two Palestinian suspects overnight on suspicion of involvement in causing Saturday's wildfire at Havat Gilad in Samaria. The operation involved the Judea and Samaria District central unit, its intelligence command center, Border Police undercover personnel and the IDF's Samaria Brigade. Both suspects were transferred to the district central unit for further questioning. The blaze spread from near Kedumim into Havat Gilad, damaging dozens of buildings; reporting said 24 homes were affected, 13 of them destroyed, and no people were injured.
