Bahrain Sounds Air-Raid Sirens After U.S. Ends 13th Night of Iran Strikes

Bahrain activated air-raid sirens early Friday and urged citizens and residents to remain calm and head to the nearest safe place after detecting incoming fire. The warning came roughly three and a half hours after U.S. forces completed their 13th consecutive night of strikes against Iranian military targets. U.S. Central Command said the operation hit military command centers, drone-storage sites, communications networks, coastal surveillance positions and maritime capabilities. The command said the strikes aimed to further reduce Iran's ability to threaten civilian mariners and commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
