The IDF said it intercepted two unmanned aircraft identified near Israel’s border with Jordan on Monday morning. The drones did not cross into Israeli territory, and no public alerts were activated under the military’s policy. The military said the launch origin remains under review and did not immediately identify who operated the aircraft. The interceptions occurred near the Dead Sea, according to a military source cited in the initial report, while the IDF’s subsequent statement confirmed both aircraft were stopped outside Israeli airspace.
