Former justice minister Ayelet Shaked gave open testimony Tuesday morning at the national fraud investigations unit, Lahav 433, after the required approvals were received. Police said the Neve Tzedek case concerns alleged reciprocal dealings between former Israel Bar Association chairman Efi Nave and Judge Eitan Orenstein. Investigators are examining allegations that Nave supported Orenstein's appointment as president of the Tel Aviv District Court. The investigation is continuing under the supervision of the Taxation and Economics Department of the State Attorney's Office.
