Turkey’s Foreign Ministry said Israeli operations killed more than 30 civilians in Gaza and targeted health facilities immediately after an agreement on a roadmap to advance the Gaza Peace Plan. Ankara accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government of having no genuine intention of pursuing peace with Palestinians. The ministry claimed Netanyahu seeks to displace Palestinians, obstruct lasting regional peace and undermine mediation led particularly by the United States. It urged the international community to adopt a firmer stance against what it called Netanyahu’s expansionist and militarist mindset.
