Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi held separate phone calls with Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi on Monday. Araghchi and Dar reviewed regional developments and diplomatic efforts, and called for continued Tehran-Islamabad consultation aimed at regional peace and security. Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said Dar invited Araghchi to visit at the earliest opportunity. Araghchi and Albusaidi separately exchanged views on regional developments as Iran continues its conflict with the United States and Israel. The calls followed his Sunday consultations with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan and Pakistan’s army chief, Asim Munir.
