Central Command Bars Tal Dardik From Judea and Samaria

Central Command chief Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth changed the restrictions on Tal Yinon Dardik, barring him from Judea and Samaria except for Modi'in Illit. Dardik must report to the city's police station twice a day, while the order's original expiration date remains unchanged. The move followed a Jerusalem District Court finding that security officials had shown significant danger and that imposing restrictions was justified, proportionate and reasonable, while canceling the previous designated-residence condition. The IDF said it would consider easing the terms if Dardik agrees to electronic monitoring.
