IDF Probes Soldiers Filmed at Samaria Outpost, Prepares to Evacuate Site

The IDF said Monday night that commanders are examining footage showing soldiers praying alongside settlers at an unauthorized outpost set up beside Palestinian homes near Qusra in Samaria, and that disciplinary steps will follow the findings. A security source said the army is preparing to evacuate the site soon. The structure was erected a day earlier in the yard of a home belonging to Youssef Hassan, who said he, his wife and their two young daughters were blocked from leaving and that electricity lines were cut. The head of the Qusra council said three houses were affected and that food could not be brought in.
