Covenant Unveils Anthem Missile and Plans 12,000 Units a Year

Covenant has emerged from secrecy with Anthem, a ground-launched, long-range cruise missile designed for lower-cost mass production. The Israeli-American defense company says it has raised more than $250 million and secured about $150 million in orders and contracts. Its northern Israel research, development and manufacturing site is planned to produce 2,000 units annually, alongside plants in Dallas and Saxony for a combined target capacity of 12,000. Covenant says Anthem has completed more than 200 flights, and serial production is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
