IDF and Shin Bet Strike Hamas Rafah Brigade Commander in Southern Gaza

The IDF and Shin Bet said they struck a senior Hamas operative in southern Gaza late on September 15. The reported target was Nael Abu Obeid, commander of Hamas’s Rafah Brigade and successor to Mohammed Shabana, while the military said further details would follow.
