State Indicts Kafr Qasim Man in Alleged Amdocs Server-Farm Terror Plot

State prosecutors indicted Mustafa Issa, 20, of Kafr Qasim in Central District Court in Lod, alleging that he spent about 18 months preparing an attack on an Amdocs server farm in Ra’anana. Prosecutors say he used his Fire and Rescue Service volunteer role to scout the site, then studied bomb-making and how to mount explosives on drones. The indictment charges him with preparing a terrorist act involving malicious damage with explosives, weapons activity for terrorist purposes, and terrorist training or instruction. Prosecutors asked the court to keep him detained through the end of proceedings; the allegations have not been adjudicated.
