The IDF announced Thursday that a Monday airstrike in Khan Younis killed Ibrahim Allam, a Hamas military-wing commander. It said Allam infiltrated Israel during the October 7 massacre, participated in murdering Israeli civilians and helped abduct the body of Sgt. Shaked Dahan into Hamas captivity. A separate Tuesday strike killed Hamas terrorist Moatasem Mohammed Suleiman Salah, according to the military. The IDF said both men had recently advanced attacks against its forces and Israeli citizens and worked to rebuild Hamas capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire. It said precision munitions and aerial observation were used to reduce civilian harm.
