Meirav Cohen Calls for Swift Arrests and Charges Against Those Who Attack IDF Soldiers

Meirav Cohen called on October 18 for people who attack IDF soldiers to be arrested within minutes and indicted within days. In a Hebrew-language post, she directed her criticism at Benjamin Netanyahu, Itamar Ben-Gvir, Bezalel Smotrich and Israel Katz. Cohen accused the four of favoring people avoiding military service while failing those who serve. She attributed their stance to political dependence on Haredi parties, presenting the demand for rapid criminal enforcement alongside criticism of the leaders she named and their political priorities.
