Holon Boy's Pulse Returns After Public-Pool Drowning

MDA said the pulse of a roughly 6-year-old boy who drowned in a public pool in Holon returned after prolonged resuscitation. MDA teams evacuated him to Wolfson Medical Center in critical or life-threatening condition and later reported that his heart resumed beating on arrival. Medics Amit Yehudai and Eran Carmel found him unconscious beside the pool while lifeguards were performing CPR. It was Israel's second child-drowning emergency within hours. The story is local, but pikuach nefesh is national: families need fenced pools, watchful adults, lifeguarded water and fast calls to MDA.
