Airstrikes attributed by Houthi-run media to Saudi Arabia hit the Houthi-held Red Sea port city of Hodeidah and nearby Kamaran Island late Friday. Witnesses reported multiple explosions and smoke over the port, while reports said weapons depots and telecommunications facilities were among the targets. Houthi media said a woman was wounded on Kamaran. The strikes followed an attack on the Saudi vessel NCC MASA, which Saudi authorities said caused minor hull damage but left the crew safe and the ship able to continue its voyage. Houthi officials threatened a sharper response to further escalation.
