Kuwait Says Iranian Drones Hit Northern Government Facility

Kuwait's armed forces said they detected and destroyed hostile drones from dawn Saturday and that Iranian strikes hit several vital facilities, including a government site in the country's north. The military said vehicles belonging to a private company were also struck and reported no casualties. The statement provided new details after an earlier warning that Kuwaiti air defenses were engaging hostile drones in the country's airspace. The renewed barrage came amid the wider U.S.-Israel conflict with Iran as Washington pressed Tehran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and signaled that further American strikes could follow.
