Missing Israeli Mother and Daughter Found Safe in Buenos Aires

Israel Police said Mali and Liel Yahalomi were found alive and unharmed aboard a bus in Buenos Aires after a weeklong international search. A police representative identified the mother and daughter, and authorities questioned and released them because they were not suspected of any offense. Police said intelligence from Lahav 433 produced the lead hours earlier, while Israeli command centers coordinated with Europol and other foreign police agencies. An official said the pair had left voluntarily and that officers confirmed they were not in danger or under threat.
