The IDF said separate strikes killed two Hamas military-wing operatives who had recently advanced attacks against Israeli civilians and troops while working to rebuild the terrorist organization’s capabilities in violation of the ceasefire. Bilal Ibrahim Saleh Raqi‘i, a commander in Hamas’s anti-tank array, was killed in the Al-Shati area of northern Gaza. Azzam Rifaat Abd Abadala, an operative in Hamas’s Khan Younis Brigade, was killed in Khan Yunis. The military said precise munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate civilian harm before removing the threats.
