The IDF said separate strikes killed two Hamas military-wing operatives who had recently advanced attacks against Israeli civilians and troops while working to rebuild the terrorist organization’s capabilities in violation of the ceasefire. Bilal Ibrahim Saleh Raqi‘i, a commander in Hamas’s anti-tank array, was killed in the Al-Shati area of northern Gaza. Azzam Rifaat Abd Abadala, an operative in Hamas’s Khan Younis Brigade, was killed in Khan Yunis.
