Nepal Police reported 359 deaths and Tibetan authorities reported three, bringing the flood toll across Nepal and Tibet above 360. More than 1,400 people remain missing, including at least 910 in Nepal and 558 in Tibet, while Nepal's army has rescued more than 100 people by helicopter. An Israeli man in his 60s, who was traveling with an organized group near the Tibet-Nepal crossing, remains missing as communications outages complicate searches. Israel's embassy in Nepal and the Foreign Ministry's consular division are coordinating with local authorities; the man's precise location and condition remain unknown.
